BSA is a trademark of Pioneer Balloon Co. Just as Qualatex is also owned by Pioneer Balloon Co. BSA manufactures all their balloons in the USA. BSA's are designed and created for outdoor use. BSA has a thicker latex to withstand the outdoor environment and fly with helium longer than their Qualatex counterparts. BSA can fly 35 to 50 hours depending on weather conditions.
